Driving: From Sydney drive through the Blue Mountains to Lithgow. Follow signs to Bathurst and soon after leaving Lithgow take the Mudgee turn off from the Great Western Highway. Gulgong is half an hour from Mudgee.

Aeropelican provide flights between Sydney and Mudgee. Gulgong is a further half hour drive from Mudgee airport.
